Delivery and Shipping Policy
Our Commitment to You:
At Noytech Arabian Mile, we are dedicated to delivering your orders accurately, in good condition, and on time. This policy outlines our shipping practices and what you can expect when you place an order with us.
Order Processing:
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Options & Timelines:
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days from the date of shipment.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days from the date of shipment.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 5-7 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and the delivery destination.
- We may offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain value. This will be clearly indicated at checkout if applicable.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can track your order through the carrier's website using this number.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We currently ship to Riyadh.
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for certain items or shipping methods.
- Some products may have shipping restrictions due to their nature or destination regulations.
Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package from the carrier, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Damaged Shipments:
- If your order is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] so we can investigate with the carrier.
- If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they can be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays, customs processing).
Refund Policy
At Noytech Arabian Mile, we strive to provide exceptional service, but we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Our refund policy aims to address concerns fairly and promptly.
Eligible Circumstances:
- Delivery delays exceeding the guaranteed timeframe
- Damaged items (when our delivery team is responsible)
- Non-delivery of confirmed orders
How to Request a Refund:
- Contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for your request.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or was sent in error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if covered by us initially) may be deducted from your refund.
Processing Your Refund:
- Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and follow the instructions provided.
Partial Refunds:
May be offered when service was partially completed or when only part of an order was affected.
Cancellation & Replacement Policy
We understand that business needs can change, and we've designed our policies to accommodate reasonable modifications.
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be cancelled without charge if cancelled at least 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time
- Cancellations made less than 4 hours before pickup may incur a fee of 30% of the delivery charge
- Orders already in transit cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return delivery services at standard rates
Replacements:
We are committed to ensuring the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, we will gladly arrange a replacement.
Eligibility for Replacement:
- The item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect (i.e., you received the wrong item).
- You notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- You provide proof of the issue (e.g., photos of the damage or incorrect item).
How to Request a Replacement:
- Contact our Customer Service team at [email protected]. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence if applicable.
- Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide instructions for the return of the defective/incorrect item (if necessary) and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
- In most cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Noytech Arabian Mile will cover the cost of return shipping (if a return is required) and the shipping of the replacement item.
What to Expect:
- Once a replacement is approved, we will ship the new item as soon as possible, subject to availability. We will provide you with new tracking information.
- If the original item needs to be returned, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange for a pickup, depending on the circumstances.
